Yes. Create an account for a one-time trial of 60 transcription credits, valid for 30 days, plus 3 Ask Yaumiyya questions, 1 letter draft and 5 minutes edits (once, not monthly). One trial per person. No payment is needed to start. One credit covers one minute of transcription.

The transcription workflow supports Thaana and English, including mixed conversations. AI accuracy varies with the recording, and names, numbers and speaker labels need review.

Uploaded meeting audio is deleted as soon as its transcript is saved. If processing fails, it is kept for about an hour so you can retry, then deleted. A local recording copy may remain in your browser. Transcripts and notes stay in your account until you delete them. See the privacy policy for provider processing and retention.

Two ways. A plan grants credits every month — from MVR 99 a month — and unused plan credits carry into the next month up to the limit on each plan, with the rest forfeited at the boundary; if a plan is not paid for again within 7 days of its end date, the plan credits left are forfeited. Or buy a pack outright: 200 credits for MVR 100, 500 credits for MVR 240 or 1,200 credits for MVR 550, bought once, never expiring, no reset and no renewal. Either way you upload your bank-transfer slip and an administrator verifies it before anything is added. Nothing renews automatically and no card is stored.

You are served by an annual contract arranged with us rather than bought here: Council / School 4 h, MVR 2,388 a year for 480 credits a month; Council / School 8 h, MVR 4,788 a year for 960 credits a month; Government Office, MVR 17,880 a year for 3,600 credits a month. It is invoiced in arrears against your purchase order, credits arrive monthly, and extra hours are called off against the same PO rather than bought. Write to us and we will quote.

Each credit pack includes 2 Ask Yaumiyya questions, 1 letter or email draft and 5 minutes edits free for 30 days. Beyond that they are paid from your credits: 6 credits a question, 4 a draft, and 1 per 2,000 characters rewritten or translated. The app shows the price before it uses any credits.

Meetings are limited to 30 minutes until the account has paid for something. Once you have bought credits, taken a plan or been set up on a contract, recordings support up to 1 hour and uploads up to 2 hours, subject to storage limits. Audio is converted in your browser before upload and the converted file must fit a 500 MB limit, so the duration limits above normally apply first.
