The same steps on the real app, in chapters: upload, transcript, minutes, actions, approval and follow-up. The waits for transcription and for the minutes are sped up.

Step 1 Upload a meeting recording
Step 2 It is transcribed and summarised by itself
Step 3 Accept the names people said about themselves
Step 4 Create formal minutes, sharpened by the agenda
Step 5 Every item quotes the words it came from
Step 6 Approve the follow-ups onto the list
Step 7 Give them dates and follow them through
Step 8 Approve the minutes; the version is locked
Step 9 Follow every action through in the Action Centre
Step 1: Start a new meeting#
Press New (bottom bar) and open the Upload file tab. Choose the recording.
Step 2: Check and name the recording#
The file is prepared in the browser. The Ready to transcribe card shows the length (2:49) and the price (3 credits). Type a Title: Digital Services Improvement Meeting. (Optional: Edit to trim silence; see Smart Audio Prep.)
Step 3: Transcribe and wait#
Press Transcribe. The button shows "Uploading audio…", then the meeting page opens with the processing card. You may leave the page.
Step 4: Read the summary#
When processing ends, the Summary tab shows the key points. A "transcript is ready" notification arrives.
Step 5: Fix names in the transcript#
Open Transcript. Accept the correct name suggestions (Use name) and fix misspellings with the speaker menu → Rename everywhere. Details: Workflow 2.
Step 6: Create the minutes#
Open Minutes, pick the Project template, attach the agenda under Agenda, and press Create minutes · 4 credits.
"Building the minutes…" appears, then the draft.
Step 7: Complete the details#
- In Who is speaking, add each person's role and press Save.
- Edit the blank Date and Organisation fields.
- Use More formal on the decision if needed.
Step 8: Approve the actions#
Open the Actions tab. The AI drafts are not on anyone's list yet. Press Approve (or Approve all), then set dates, priorities and owners (Workflow 3).
Step 9: Approve the minutes#
Back on Minutes, press Submit for approval. On a plan with nobody else on it, press Approve now. The minutes become Approved · Version 2, with a fingerprint, and editing is locked.
The status switches to Approved on its own a couple of seconds after Approve now.
Step 10: Export#
- Approved version or Print / PDF → Save as PDF (sample output).
- Word / Download Word for an editable
.docx. - Follow-up email → Copy email to send the outcome.
Result#
An approved, versioned set of minutes. The decision is registered as DEC-2026-0001, and four tracked actions exist (ACT-2026-0001 to 0004).
