Free, as it is. The toolbar is provided free of charge, without warranty of any kind. We may change, suspend or stop it at any time.
Suggestions are aids. The toolbar marks words that look misspelt and suggests corrections. A word it does not know is not necessarily wrong, and a suggestion is not necessarily right. You decide every change, and you are responsible for your document.
Replacements. A suggestion is applied only where the word is still exactly as it was checked. Applying one may reset character formatting inside that single word. Review your document before you rely on it.
Dictionary content. Definitions come from Radheef and are used with permission. Do not copy them in bulk, scrape them, or use the toolbar to redistribute them. Lookups are limited per address to keep the service available to everyone.
Acceptable use. Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer the service beyond what the law allows, or use it to send anything other than genuine lookups and reports.
Liability. To the extent the law allows, Atoll Mind is not liable for any loss arising from use of the toolbar or from relying on its suggestions.
Privacy. See the toolbar’s privacy policy. Microsoft’s terms govern Word itself and its add-in platform.
