Overview#
Ask Yaumiyya (/assistant) answers questions from your meetings and Library documents, with numbered citations. Write (/assistant?mode=write) drafts a formal letter or email in Dhivehi or English, optionally drawing facts from a meeting.
Purpose#
To find answers without rereading transcripts, and to produce the letter or email a meeting usually leads to.
Who uses it#
Any signed-in user. A monthly free allowance applies, then credits.

Step 3 An answer that shows where it came from
Step-by-step, without the animation
Step 1 A letter or an email, in Dhivehi or English
Step 2 Draw on what a meeting decided
Step 3 Say what it should say
Step 4 A draft to check, then copy or download
How to use#
Ask
- Open Assistant, choose a scope (or Ask AI from a meeting).
- Type a question → Send.
- Follow the [n] citations to check the source.
Write
- Write → choose Letter or Email and a language → pick a meeting (optional).
- Describe what it should say; add recipient and signature.
- Draft email, check any
[[placeholders]], then Copy or export to Word.
Example scenario#
- Ask: "What is still open before the next review, and who owns each item?" The answer listed the checklist (9 October), upload timeouts, notification defects and usability testing, citing the Digital Services meeting.
- Write: an English follow-up email tied to the meeting named all four owners correctly, with their dates, and mentioned the 15 October readiness review.
Expected result#
An answer or draft within a few seconds; one allowance unit is used.
Important notes#
- Answers draw on the meeting notes. This one used the summary's spelling "Mariam" and added "the meeting transcript was truncated before all explicit action item assignments could be fully recorded", which does not match the full transcript. Always check cited sources. (Observed.)
- Allowance counts disagree by one between the Assistant and Settings:
Moment Assistant said Settings said Before any question 4 questions left (Team plan: 5 free) After two questions 2 questions left 3 of 5 free left Before drafting 1 draft left 1 of 2 free left (after one draft) (Observed.)
- The scope chip still read "Everything" after the series had been picked for the question; the answer cited the meeting. Whether the series scope took effect is unclear. (Observed.)
- Letter mode, Dhivehi output, "Replying to" and the Word export of drafts were not exercised.
- When allowances run out: "You've reached this month's question limit." / "You have used this month's letter drafts." (VERIFIED THROUGH CODE)
