Which languages does it handle? Dhivehi, English and mixed conversations. The transcript keeps each language as spoken. Summaries, actions and insights can be translated with the Original / English / ދިވެހި toggle, and minutes have a free English / ދިވެހި document-language switch.

How long does processing take? A 2 min 49 s meeting finished in under 10 seconds (Analytics showed an average of 9.8 s), and formal minutes took about 15 seconds. You can leave the page; a notification arrives when it's ready.

Is my audio stored? Uploaded audio is deleted once the transcript is saved; failed-job audio is kept 24 hours for retries. A playback copy stays only in your browser (Settings → Recordings on this device), and the meeting's player appears only on that device.

Why are the AI's actions not on anyone's list? By design: "Nothing is on anyone's list until you do." Approve the drafts on the meeting's Actions tab.

Do owners and deadlines from the minutes become action due dates? Not in this build. Set them on each action after approving.

If I correct the transcript, do the minutes change? Only when you press Update · free on the Minutes tab. Your own edits and AI rewrites are kept. The Summary is not regenerated.

Can I approve minutes alone? Yes, when nobody else is on your plan (Approve now). With team members you can choose 1–10 approvers.

What does "✓" and "Check" mean in minutes? ✓: a number or exact phrase was found in the quoted recording. Check: the AI's reading of the words; compare it with the quote.

How much do minutes cost? The price is on the button. For the test meeting: 3 credits, or 4 with an agenda file attached. Regenerating costs the same again.

Can I send a bot to a Teams call? Join online supports Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams and Webex links, once the account has paid for something. Where an organisation blocks guest participants, use Capture call instead.

Is anything emailed? No. Invitations are links you send yourself, notifications are in-app only ("No email yet"), and meeting sharing sends no email.

Can team members see my meetings? Only meetings you explicitly share with them, read-only. They never see the recording or its cost.

Why does the Assistant show fewer free questions than Settings? An observed off-by-one between the two counters. Settings → AI allowances is the fuller breakdown.

How do I get a PDF? Minutes: Print / PDF (or Approved version) → Save as PDF in the print dialog. Meeting notes: Download → PDF.

How do I pay? Bank transfer, then upload the slip on the Plan page. An administrator verifies it before credits are added. Nothing renews automatically.

Does the dictionary cost credits? No.
