Failure reasons#
From lib/failure-reasons.ts. Only no_speech was reproduced in the UI.

Retry is offered only while the failed audio is kept (24 hours). Refunds are noted as "Your credits were refunded." / "Most of your credits were refunded." and appear in credit activity (seen: "Unsuccessful transcription refunded +1").
