Step 3 An answer that shows where it came from
Step-by-step, without the animation
Step 1 A letter or an email, in Dhivehi or English
Step 2 Draw on what a meeting decided
Step 3 Say what it should say
Step 4 A draft to check, then copy or download
Step 1: Ask#
Assistant → choose a scope (Everything, a series or a meeting) → type the question → Send.
Check the numbered citation: answers can repeat the summary's spellings or add remarks that the transcript doesn't support.
Step 2: Switch to Write#
Write → Email → English → Choose a meeting = Digital Services Improvement Meeting.
Step 3: Describe the email#
"Follow-up email to the project team confirming the decision to complete usability testing before the next release, and listing the agreed actions with owners and due dates. Mention that deployment readiness will be reviewed on 15 October." Add Who it's to and Your signature.
Step 4: Draft and copy#
Draft email → review the subject, body and signature → Copy email (or Word).
Result#
A ready-to-send email naming Mariyam Shifa (9 October), Ibrahim Nazeer (12 October), Fathimath Raniya (before the next meeting) and Hassan Ahmed (by Friday). The corrected spellings came from the minutes.
